Day 24-Oops Missed a Day!

Well, I finally missed a day in this challenge.  No post for the 23rd.  Made it out to my studio tonight for a bit.  Even had to take a picture of this one wet!  I took an abstract landscape class this summer at the Peninsula Art School and Gallery in Door County, WI and I have to make a presentation to the Fine Art Association regarding this experience, so thought I'd practice what I learned a bit!

I don't know about you, but I love dogs. I love their loyalty, their companionship and the sheer joy they bring into our lives, so I could not have a "Joy" theme for 30 Paintings in 30 Days without including "Mans best friend."

I love to waltz, especially with my hubby who is a very good dancer.  It brings me joy.  So continuing my theme: joy, we have waltzing bears today.

I can't imagine expressing joy without those lovable dolphins showing us the way.  I've always said I want to be reincarnated as a dolphin.  I love the ocean and they seem to have a pretty good life in it.
